Tanyel Jasmine Kabay is a beautiful and talented TV Host, actress and fashion writer from London. I recently interviewed her to find out about some of her most important and exciting moments in her career. Here is what she had to say:

My name is Tanyel Jasmine Kabay and I am a TV host /actress and fashion journalist/ writer.
How and when did you first get into the Entertainment industry?
At the age of 10, I was a child model for global fashion brand Marks and Spencer's and continued modeling through my teen years and was signed to Prolific Model Management and modeled in magazines and local newspapers such as the Times, Metro and Bristol Papers
Who were some of your biggest inspirations growing up?
My inspirations growing up were actresses such as Angelina Jolie, Keira Knightly, fashion icon Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss, Madonna, Fashion TV host Fearne Cotton, Giuliana Rancic, Ellen Degeneres and Kelly Osbourne
What kind have training have you done?
I have a degree in Fashion business and Journalism and graduated from the prestigious University of the Arts, London. I also hold a Creative hosting and acting degree (short course) from the International School of Screen Acting
What has been your favorite production to work on so far?
Working as a TV host for T4 and starring in Veta Nova Cannes nominated film as the main lead.
What projects do you have coming up?
I will be hosting TV channels such as This morning, Behind the Gossip at V festival and Smart Live Casino and collaborating with magazines such as Drapers and Phoenix on different projects.
What would be your ideal project and why?
My ideal project would be as an internal face and TV host for American TV. With my background in British television and film, I feel this would be something completely new and different and I feel this is something that would really set me apart from any other celebrity host in the US
What are your plans for the future?
My Manager is in the process of signing contracts with several guest appearances on TV shows, however my plans for the future would be to become a house hold name on American TV and to star in a major Hollywood production.
What is your advice to aspiring artists?
My advice for any aspiring artists, is to really know your art and challenge yourself creatively and to believe in your self every step of the way.
