The Bartow County Sheriff's Office issued a request about an hour ago through social media asking for assistance in locating a missing/runaway Bartow County teen.

Tina Nicole White, 17, was reported missing by her mother on February 16, 2014. Tina is described as a white female, approximately 5'7" tall and weighing 150 lbs. Tina has brown hair and blue eyes.

The teen's mother reported that Tina left her sisters’ home on Bishop Road in Cartersville without permission. It is possible that Tina may be attempting to meet up with a male who works for a traveling carnival and she could be in Mississippi or Kentucky.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Bartow County Sheriff's Office at 770-382-5050 ext. 6030. You can remain anonymous and also give information through the BCSO Facebook page by clicking on the "submit a tip" link on the homepage.
