Pro baseball star J.P. Arencibia, 28, knows "how to get hip to" Kimberly Perry's heart, as the country songstress said "I Do" with him on Thursday. Now, a People article dated, Sun. June 15, released the first photos of Perry's wedding.
The "If I Die Young" singer and Arencibia who tied the knot at the First Presbyterian Church in Greeneville, TN celebrated their big day with family and friends, including Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert.
Perry, 30 wore a Reem Acra gown and carried a large bouquet of white flowers. Her brothers Reid and Neil Perry were her best men, while Arencibia's young nieces were his groomswomen. (Hey, who says you can't switch things up?)
Stella sisters Lennon and Maisy who entertain on the series Nashville performed, along with Christian singer-songwriter Mac Powell.
Following their vow exchange, the couple enjoyed a reception at her parent's home where Arencibia popped the big question with a 3.3 carat ring last fall. In earlier interviews, Perry gushed about their life changing moment and explained that Arencibia had proposed under the oak tree that she always dreamed she would be standing under if she were ever to get engaged.
Arencibia has previously stated that he felt a connection to Perry from the first time he watched her in a music video. He had a moment where he felt like she would be part of her future. (Looks like he was correct to say the least). Perry has shared that she feels emotionally and spiritually connected to J.P.
