On Jan. 10 the American country music group The Band Perry announced that their still untitled sophomore studio album will be released on April 2 via Republic Nashville. The album may not have a name yet but it will feature their hit single "Better Dig Two" which you can listen to here.

The band members (Kimberly Perry, Neil Perry, Reid Perry) made the announcement on their official Facebook page when they posted, "4.2.13 #AreYouWithUs". The album's lead single, "Better Dig Two" has climbed to No. 4 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.

The group's upcoming album will be the follow-up to their 2010 self-titled debut album. That album was released on Oct. 12, 2010 via Republic Nashville and it reached No. 4 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart.

The Band Perry are currently opening for Rascal Flatts on an early 2013 tour. The North American tour ends March 2 and you can view all dates here. What is your favorite song by The Band Perry? Feel free to leave comments below or connect with me via our Facebook page.
