Established in 1972 by Tennessee alumni Sandy Beall, Ruby Tuesday’s aim was supplying handmade, appetizing food to the community of Knoxville, Tennessee. In spite of the founder proclaiming his retirement in 2012, Ruby Tuesday still possess the same motto “better quality, better variety, better value” and provides remarkable service to paying customers.
Available food choices at Ruby Tuesday are salads, soups, chicken, seafood, steaks, ribs, pasta, and a wide selection of burgers. Burger options include a bacon cheese burger, the smokehouse burger, a turkey burger, the chicken BLT, an avocado grilled chicken sandwich, and the buffalo chicken burger. Distributed for a limited time is an assortment of pretzels burger which consists of the spicy jalapeno burger, a bacon burger with cheese, the portabella crispy onion, and the black and blue bacon burger. Steamed broccoli, mash potato, onion rings, French fries, green beans, grilled zucchini, mac and cheese, and rice pilaf are the offered sides.
Consumed at Ruby Tuesday was the bacon cheese pretzel burger with a side of onion rings. Prices were not bad on the lunch menu and superior service was present. Overall, Ruby Tuesday is a family restaurant that serves a variety of dishes all intended to satisfy hungry customers.
