'The Bachelorette': new controversy surfaces about Kasey's tattoo for Ali Fedotowsky

Was there some outside influence here?

In just about every interview he has given since participating on "The Bachelorette", Kasey Kahl has proclaimed to have "no regrets" when it comes to his decision to get a tattoo, and that he did it of his own accord.

However, a new "insider" tell Radar Online an entirely different story when it comes to Ali Fedotowsky's season:

“The producers tried to persuade him for three days to get it. They told him Ali would really love it.”

This statement may be true, but even Kasey isn't willing to put all the blame on production. He explained his side of the story to the website:

“I always wanted to get a tattoo, so when I told the producers they went out and got me thirty graphic designs that reflected my motto.”

“I didn’t want to get it just for Ali. But I did get it to show her how serious I was about what I had told her. She really questioned my sincerity so I did it to show her my feelings were genuine.”

This isn't the first time we have heard allegations about the producers intervening in activities with the contestants -- we have heard this a number of times from Justin and Frank.

Do you think production is too involved with "The Bachelorette"?
