Is Ali engaged? That is the question that most fans of 'The Bachelorette' want answered and it seems as if the answer is no. While most seasons of 'The Bachelor' and 'The Bachelorette' are anything but predictable it seems as if RealitySteve has been spewing his evil and ruining the show for all the true viewers.
Many people on the web read his site and comment on blogs, Facebook pages and other random sites reading what he has said about the show. What makes it worse is that whoever his contact at ABC is is spot on the money. I mean if I wanted to know how the whole season of a show was going to turn out, I wouldn't watch it but that is what he wants. He wants to ruin the show for everyone.
That is how many people knew, many weeks ago that Ali was not engaged and would not be accepting a ring from either Roberto or Chris. It is even being reported that she is currently dating a lawyer from the law firm 'Skadden and Arps'. I mean really, this is worse that the sham that was Jake Pavelka and Vienna.
However, I am still holding out hope that Ali does get engaged and to Chris and that realitysteve has it all wrong.

I know that "information wants to be free," but this is the limit. Isn't the show copyrighted? Doesn't that mean reserving all rights? I think ABC has a really good case to shut RealitySteve down for wrongful, not-permitted, and impermissible publication in infringement of copyright.
Show is so unpredictable.
Think the complications are part of the scripts somethimes.
It was not surprising to me that Frank backed out, saving face by using "the other woman" as his reason. However "amusing" Ali may have found him (I always think of Joe Pesci's line in Goodfellas "Do I amuse you?" whenever I hear that word, Frank was always second tier to me. I do think the way the show is structured is somewhat of a sham. It's just not that easy to find true love of the marrying kind in such an artificial setting, although, as someone who hardly ever watches TV, I must admit that this show has reeled me in.
That said, I am also rooting for Chris. Both he and Roberto seem like descent men of integrity. There seems to be stronger chemistry between Ali and Roberto, but that may be just posturing brought out by being "on camera". Chris has more insecurities, as does Ali, and psychologists tell us that we seek a mate who most closely mirrors our own self image.
Both ABC and Disney know how to milk ratings and have delayed the last show by 2 weeks. Place your bets.
Just one more thing, as Lt. Columbo might say. Jaimie, you do an excellent job of writing about TV and film. I've been going over all your coverage about Ali, and you haven't missed a beat. I've also learned about the evil RealitySteve from you. Did he predict the Jake and Vienna breakup? Both seem so shallow and troubled. Our heros really do have feet of clay!
