Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried from "The Bachelorette" on ABC have now started to plan their wedding day, but they are now taking a break from their planning to enjoy a weekend trip away. On Friday, Jan. 17, Chris Siegfried revealed on his Twitter that he and Desiree were taking a mountain trip. Desiree Hartsock revealed even more on her Twitter page on Saturday morning. She said the following:

Geared up & heading to the mountain! First snowboard trip of the season. Still on the bunny slopes but SO excited! @ChrisRSiegfried

Desiree has been busy this week. She announced that she was designing her own wedding dress and a line of wedding gowns with Maggie Sottero, but now more details have been released. Desiree will also design a second dress for her wedding day, according to Reality TV Magazine. The site also revealed that the line of dresses will be first shown at The Knot’s LA Couture Show this August. That is just months away.

However, this weekend will be for fun on the slopes and some time in front of the television for the Seattle Seahawks game. Chris Siegfried made that clear on his Twitter. Desiree moved to Seattle over the summer, and she is just as excited about the game. Desiree and Chris moved into their own place together when she arrived, and Desiree said that felt like 'a healthier place to start' their relationship, according to All Voices.

The couple has not hid their happiness together, and fans will learn more about their relationship on "The Bachelor" tomorrow night when ABC airs a special couple episode updating fans on the status of Desiree and others from the show.

What do you think? Are you excited to see Desiree's dresses?
