Fans of ABC's “The Bachelorette 2014” will be getting a different kind of episode on Monday, June 9. Unfortunately it is not a regular episode where Andi Dorfman goes out on dates and hands out roses. What can fans expect? Andi herself shared a bit of scoop and “The Bachelorette” spoilers on Monday via Twitter regarding this one.
There is a one-hour episode of “The Bachelorette 2014” on Monday night, but it's more of an overview of the season so far. Andi Dorfman notes that it is a “1 hour special of highlights from the journey so far + some deleted scenes!” Producer Robert Mills added a few additional “The Bachelorette” spoiler tidbits via his Twitter page as well.
Mills teases that this is a recap special that will have mostly clips from the first four episodes of season 10. Viewers will also get to see the rose ceremony from episode 4, which was left out initially so fans could see the clip of Chris Harrison and Andi Dorfman talking about Eric Hill. While fans know that Tasos was the bachelor sent home, they now will get to see it play out on-screen.
What else can fans expect from Monday's special? Most would imagine that the deleted scenes should be fun to watch, as they hopefully will include some of the comedic moments typically left out. Why the schedule change with no new episode this week? It looks like that's likely because of the special airing on ABC on Monday night showing Diane Sawyer's interview with Hillary Clinton. New episodes of “The Bachelorette 2014” return on Monday, June 16.
While fans are definitely disappointed there isn't a new episode with Andi Dorfman airing Monday, this may still be a great chance for fans to tune in and catch up. It can be tough to figure out who is who in those early episodes, and now viewers have an idea of which guys are likely frontrunners for the rest of the season. Tune in to see the recap special of ABC's “The Bachelorette 2014” with Andi Dorfman airing on Monday, June 9, then prepare for episode 10x05 on June 16.
