Fans have been speculating and rumors are running wild as to what woman will be given the opportunity to be “The Bachelorette.” EOnline reported on March 1 that Desiree Hartsock may be in the final stages of closing the deal. Desiree has been a fan favorite on the current season of “The Bachelor.” Sean Lowe shocked fans when he sent her home after her hometown date, in which her brother created some tension.
Desiree recently said in an interview, "I love love and I love to love.” She went on to say she can’t wait to fall in love again. Could this be an indication she is the chosen one?
There has been talk that other girls could also be in the running for the once in a lifetime opportunity to be “The Bachelorette.” The names mentioned are AshLee Frazier, Sarah and Lesley M., who are all from the current season of “The Bachelor.”
“The Bachelorette” announcement will reportedly be made during “After the Final Rose” following “The Bachelor” finale on March 11. ABC announced earlier in the week the premiere of the new season of “The Bachelorette” is set to air May 20. This will be the ninth season of the show.
