Tonight, May 26, “The Bachelorette” started off with Andi waking up excited to start her journey and the guys making a toast. Chris Harrison stopped in at the mansion and explained the date situation to the guys. He then left the first date card, which was for Eric.

Andi arrived at the mansion to pick Eric up for their date. She drove them to the beach, where they built a sand castle and flew a kite. A helicopter appeared and picked them right up on the beach and took them to Bear Mountain. After a brief snowball fight, the two met up with Louie Vito for a snowboarding lesson. Later on, they sat and chatted while sipping some hot chocolate before going tobogganing.

That night, Andi and Eric had dinner in a cabin and got to know each other better. Eric told Andi about his travels and the scary time he had in Syria. He said that he wouldn’t continue his journey and do certain things once he had a family, which was his ultimate goal. (All very sad to hear knowing that he has passed away since his time filming on the show ended). Andi finally offered Eric the rose, which he accepted.

Back at the mansion, the group date card arrived for Brian, Marquel, Bradley, Carl, Craig, Brett, Patrick, Cody, Tasos, Josh, Ron, Marcus, Nick S., and Dylan.

The next morning, the guys met Andi for their group date at OHM Night Club. Inside, they were greeted by male exotic dancers, where they were told they would be joining the fun and learning the tricks of the trade to raise money for charity. After rehearsing all day, the guys took the stage in groups of cowboys, firefighters, military men, one robot, and one pilot to put on a live show for plenty of screaming women, including Sharleen and Kelly from last season of “The Bachelor.”

Later on, the guys put some clothes on and met Andi for dinner at a mansion. Brian pulled Andi aside to talk first and explained he motivated himself earlier because it was for charity. Josh didn’t want Andi to stereotype him as a typical athlete. Craig definitely had a bit much to drink and started making a fool of himself. He pulled Andi aside, and she tried to give him the benefit of the doubt because he had been nice so far. Eventually, he jumped into the pool with his clothes on.

Andi started to get uncomfortable and felt frustrated, and Craig’s drunkenness changed the whole mood of the night. The producers eventually had to step in and take Craig back home. Marcus pulled Andi aside to calm her down and take her mind off everything. Eventually, Andi offered the group date rose to Marcus, which he accepted.

Another one-on-one date card arrived back at the mansion for Chris. As usual, he was excited, but the other guys without a date were disappointed.

A limo picked Chris up the next day, and he and Andi were off to the horse races. Since Chris was underdressed, Andi showed him to a special room where he was able to pick out a new outfit. They drank mint juleps, placed bets, and enjoyed the races. An elderly couple sitting nearby conveniently leaned over to ask Andi and Chris how long they had been together. The group chatted, and the elderly couple revealed they had been together for 55 years.

Andi and Chris shared dinner and discussed why Chris was there. He said he wanted to find a soul mate and had been very close in the past. He said he met a girl in college and was engaged to her, but they grew apart since they had been together when they were so young. Andi offered Chris the rose, and he accepted. They headed outside and received a private concert from a band called This Wild Life.

To start the Cocktail Party, Andi spent time with Nick V., who hadn’t received a date card, so he presented Andi with one instead. Since Marquel was disappointed to have missed the opportunity to spend time with Andi during their date, he made sure to talk with her. Andi’s time with Josh M. was very intimate, and the two kissed. Craig busted out a guitar and played Andi a (terrible) song to apologize for his embarrassing behavior.

Chris Harrison interrupted the evening to take Andi away to prepare for the Rose Ceremony. Eric, Marcus, and Chris each received roses on their dates, and Andi handed roses out to Ron, Dylan, JJ, Marquel, Andrew, Tasos, Josh, Cody, Nick V., Patrick, Brian, Brett, and Bradley. That left Craig, Carl, and Nick S. as the three going home. As Craig left, Andi whispered to him that she just couldn’t get past what had happened on the group date.
