‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: What happens with Andi Dorfman on the overnight dates?

The 18th season of “The Bachelor” is in the home stretch, and that means it’s time for the hometown dates and the fantasy suite overnights. On the Feb. 17 episode of the show, the previews hinted at a big shakeup coming during next week’s overnight fantasy suite dates in St Lucia.

On his Feb. 18 blog for Entertainment Weekly, host Chris Harrison revealed: “Next week are the pivotal hometown dates, and these hometowns are unlike any we’ve had before. If you’re expecting easy, happy-go-lucky hometowns where everybody smiles and gives the bachelor their blessing, you’re in for a big surprise.”

He also added: “You really do not want to miss the overnight dates on Tuesday. It’s truly, honestly the most intense, exotic episode ever.”

In the promo, it appears that 26-year old assistant D.A. Andi Dorfman has some problems when she brings Juan Pablo home to meet her family and her father doesn’t give them his blessing. The clip shows Dorfman’s dad telling the Venezuelan soccer pro, “The person who’s going to be good enough for my daughter is going to come to me and say ‘There is no one else in the world for me.’”

Once they overcome that hurdle, spoilers for the St. Lucia dates show Andi saying, “Waking up this morning, I could not wait to get out of the fantasy suite.”

Does that mean yet another contestant will walk out on single dad JP? (Frontrunner Sharleen Joynt already flew the coop this week.) According to “Bachelor” blogger Reality Steve, something goes horribly wrong between Juan Pablo and Andi during the fantasy suite dates in St. Lucia, and she decides to leave right before the final rose ceremony. Of course, you’ll have to watch the show to see how it pans out, but expect plenty of tears.

“The Bachelor” airs next Monday and Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. ET on ABC.
