Gia was eliminated from "The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love" on episode seven, Feb. 15, 2010. Jake told Gia privately that he had developed stronger feelings for the other two women, and Gia admitted that maybe she had moved a little too slow for the time constraints on them. She said she understood and didn't believe he had made a wrong decision.
Earlier in the episode, Jake and the women landed in St. Lucia for three romantic getaways that included a speedboat, a helicopter ride, a pirate ship and three fantasy suite invitations.
The fantasy dates
Jake begin his St. Lucia adventure with Gia. The couple enjoyed a fun afternoon at a local market before heading to a romantic dinner. The number one thing Jake wanted from Gia was for her to finally fully open up and tell him how she was feeling. Gia wanted the same thing. Unfortunately, Gia was the only one who got what she wanted. She never did take a chance to tell Jake she was falling in love with him.

Next, Jake and Tenley set off for an afternoon adventure starting with a helicopter ride. This trip was important to Jake because he wanted to share his passion with Tenley the way she had shared her passion with him on her hometown date. At dinner, Tenley told Jake she was falling for him and was 100 percent ready to move on from her divorce.

Finally, Jake and Vienna spent the day together on a pirate ship and ended the night with a romantic dinner for two. At dinner, Vienna decided it was finally time to let Jake know she was falling in love with him and couldn't imagine her life without him. Jake was excited that she had shared that with him, and you could see the couple becoming stronger by the minute.

Ali calls
Of course, no "Bachelor" episode would be complete without a little drama, and this episode's drama came from a previously eliminated bachelorette.
Ali called Jake before the rose ceremony. She told him she wanted him back and that she had made a horrible mistake. She begged and pleaded, but Jake just didn't think it was right for her to come back. He had moved on with the other women, a piece of information that was absolutely devastating to Ali.

Next episode (Feb. 22, 2010): Fifteen of the eliminated bachelorettes gather together to talk about their experience on "The Bachelor: The Women Tell All"; A preview of the finale, which airs March 1, is shown

This is crazy! Jake should have ended up with Gia or Ali and now he's stuck with a retard (Tenley) and a skank (Vienna)
I was sorry to see Gia go. She was beautiful, very real and honest. They were cute together. Don't like Vienna at all. Don't see why he has kept her till the end. Please Jake, DON'T choose her! Ali chose job over Jake so didn't deserve to return. She is too whiney & immature. I'm not sure about Tenley. She constantly brings up her x-husband and may compare Jake to him. If Jake isn't 100% in love with either he won't propose. He's too
HeHe's too
Jake is too honest and has high morals and values to propose to anyone if he isn't 100% in love. Vienna isn't the right girl for him. Tenley is a better match if she is truly over her x-husband. Gia was a very sweet girl and down to earth. Vienna seems very "fake" to me and spoiled and I'm sure he'd be sorry if he picked her. Ali didn't deserve to return to the show. She made her decision. She told Jake her job was #1. I didn't like her.
