Have you ever noticed how fashionable “The Bachelor” host Chris Harrison always looks on TV? His fashion sense has turned into a good thing as People has revealed on Jan. 28 that he is about to launch his own line of men’s clothing.
Harrison has partnered with designer pal Christopher Wicks, whom he thinks is a genius. The Chris Harrison Collection by Da Vinci will feature clothing for the male species that promises to be quite stylish and also relatable.
“I think there’s a huge market there for guys like me, who aren’t going to be wearing the ridiculous Ed Hardy stuff — we’re too old for that garbage — but at the same time, we don’t want to look like a slouch,” Harrison says. “I like dressing up, but at the same time, I want to go pick up my kids from school and not look like a goofball.”
The father-of-two credits “The Bachelor” stylist Cary Fetman with the cool wardrobe that is thrown together for the show each week. Did you catch Harrison's snazzy plum color shirt he wore last night on the show? That is one color that looks great on him. As always, he was as stylish as ever. The host says that he is a ‘clothes hound’ and also has an affinity for vests, ties and watches. However, he happens to rock pretty much anything he wears. Viewers must love seeing what he will be wearing next.
“People come up to me saying, ‘Dude, I like what you wear, I like what you’re doing,’” the 41-year-old says, “so I’m like, ‘Hey, let’s do our own [line].’”
You can see some of these designs on the next season of “The Bachelorette” as he plans to show them off when the show airs sometime later in the year.
