Gia and Jake heated things up in the fantasy suite hot tub on their alone date in St. Lucia on episode seven of "The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love" (Feb. 15, 2010).
Gia was hoping for an "I love you" or an "I want to spend the rest of my life with you" by the end of their date, but that never seemed to happen, possibly because Jake hadn't hear the opening up from Gia he needed and wanted.

To the market we go
Gia and Jake began their date with a trip to a local St. Lucian market. They walked around holding hands, drank from coconuts and did a little dancing in the street. It was adorable, and the pair really looked like they were enjoying one another's company. Jake mentioned that one of the things he loved about visiting the market with Gia was seeing that the woman who has $1000 pairs of shoes in her closet can be so empathetic toward people who make music in the street just to make a couple of bucks.
After buying Gia a necklace with a heart on it that she said she will forever wear on her wrist, Jake said that he would love to come back to St. Lucia for a honeymoon because it will hold so many memories. He did not however say he wanted to be on that honeymoon with Gia.

Waiting for the right moment
Jake said he was so excited to see Gia walking down the stairs toward him for dinner. His goal for the night was to create an environment where Gia felt was safe enough to open up to him.
Later that night, the couple shared a romantic dinner at a secluded cove. Both said it was like no one else existed.
Gia told Jake at dinner that she had never opened up with a man as much as she has opened up with Jake, but Jake still needed more or felt she could open up more. He was very honest with her about what he was looking for in a marriage, and Gia was caught off guard, in a good way, with how open Jake was with her. She was thrilled that Jake knows exactly what he is looking for in love. I think Jake was trying to get her to say the same things, or at least say what she was feeling, but it didn't happen, mainly because Gia was waiting for the right moment.
The fantasy suite
While cuddling on a hammock, Jake gave Gia the fantasy suite invitation. Gia didn't hesitate at all in saying, "Yes!"
The first stop for the couple once in the fantasy suite was the hot tub, which was surrounded by candles and rose petals. Jake said those moments with Gia were surreal. He said he saw his life with Gia flash before him and that maybe Gia was going to be the one he proposed to in the end.
The only problem was, from what viewers saw, Gia still hadn't told Jake she was feeling the same way or him as he was feeling for her.
