Former bachelorette contestant Monica Spannbauer is saying model Courtney Robertson is ready to do anything to get that ring on her finger at the final rose ceremony. During an interview on Thursday, January 26, 2012 with Reality TV World, Monica disclosed her feelings towards Courtney and the way she interacted with others throughout the season. She also commented on her thoughts regarding The Bachelor Ben Flajnik’s decision to continue seeing her, despite warnings from the other bachelorettes. Considering herself rather conservative, despite the lesbian cream puff incident with Blakely during the first rose ceremony, Monica has great reservations on Ben potentially ending up engaged Courtney.
In the interview Monica revealed her thoughts on Courtney and her manipulative ways with the other girls. As pointed out by many, Courtney appears to behave one way in the presence of her fellow bachelorettes, and another way in front of Ben – this will be quite the shocker for Ben as he watches the season progress. What did she have to say about Ben possibly seeing Courtney through to the end, and ultimately proposing to her? What does she think about Courtney’s methods? Monica shared:
I'm not surprised. I feel like Courtney's going to pull out any gun or any ammo necessary to make this work for her, because I do -- it is a competition in a way -- but when feelings get involved, and a lot of these girls did have feelings, I don't think it's a competition anymore. It just becomes about you and him and how this is going to be.
She adds:
I feel like everything Courtney does is to spite the women or it's almost kind of like wrenching that something to hurt everybody and not necessarily to get Ben. I mean, listen. I wouldn't go skinny dipping with him, and it's not because I'm prudish or not cool, it's just like what's the point? What for? I don't get it.
