"The Bachelor" aired its "Women Tell All" special on Monday night, and one thing was made abundantly clear early in the broadcast: like it or not, this is Rozlyn Papa's show. Her sit-down with host Chris Harrison was previewed throughout the two hours, and by the time it rolled around she had two obvious goals: to play the best "victim" possible and to get ABC's host all riled up.
While she didn't really succeed with either task, Rozlyn did manage to get a few gasps from the audience when she accused Harrison of having an affair with the wife of the show's fired producer. While he initially said he "wouldn't dignify that with a response" on the show, Harrison is now taking the time to elaborate thanks to a new blog on Entertainment Weekly:
"The reason I didn’t respond immediately is that’s exactly what she would have wanted from me. It was a desperate attempt by a very desperate woman to create a diversion and deflect the spotlight from herself as she had done several times throughout the interview when she felt backed into a corner by the overwhelming truth. I was extremely disappointed that Rozlyn would stoop to that level and bring my family and me into this already sad and unfortunate situation. Beyond the fact that it’s just flat out not true, that comment was well beyond the line of decency and speaks volumes to the kind of person Rozlyn is. My wife, who I’ve been with since I was 18 and have been married to for over 16 years, was in the audience that night and got as big a laugh out of Rozlyn’s comment as I did."
To put it in simpler terms, Harrison believes that Rozlyn was just out for attention and needed something to fall back on when things weren't necessarily going her way. Then again, as I said on Monday night maybe she's the most successful person here of all. After all, who else manages to get so much fame based just on two episodes of a reality show?
Do you think that Chris Harrison even needed to respond to Rozlyn's accusation? Let me know your thoughts with a comment and stay tuned for more "Bachelor" news.

Perhaps part of the show's screening for participants should include a psychological profile and check into previous mental
disease. We all know there were a couple there with a screw loose. Plus, we should think about the message this show is setting for the many teenagers who watch it as far as the speed of allegedly "falling in love" as well as the importance of the so-called "night" in the fantasy suite.
Roz was lying and the audience knew it. She came across as desperate and pathetic. Too bad she tried to drawn Chris H. into the mess. The show is silly beyond belief, but many are making careers out of it and have careers attached to it. It still has plenty of fans who love the train wrecks. I imagine they have the contestants tested for STDs and they are given some tests for mental stability. It's harder to give them a morality test.
Chris Harrison is so awesome. I'm so glad he didn't let her get away with trying to change the subject everytime she got backed into a corner..loved how he related Rozlyn's story to a childrens story about unicorns...hahah! she was so obviously lying and then trying to make Chris look bad by saying he was hitting on the producers wife...what a LOW blow, and it really just made her look even more stupid. Chris handled it perfectly tho, there was no reason to even dignify that with a response as if it deserved one. I would have had more respect for her had she just admitted that she ended up being attracted to the producer and she's sorry. But really..? You're going to just deny everything and claim that 5 or 6 of the women are all conspiring against you?? Rozlyn, you should have just not come back on the show at all if you were trying to save any of your dignity. Chris - you rock for bring out who she really is, but yet in a gracious way. Good goin.
Are you guys really so naive to believe that the show is not sliced and diced to show someone in whatever light the producers choose? The simple fact is that this whole this with Rozlyn needed to be a story for the show to boost it's ratings with and they sliced interviews and even last nights show to further their agenda. Anyone who takes the show at face value is frankly a moron. Chris Harrison is playing a roll just like everyone else on the show. I'm sure Rozlyn and the producer has something going on, but get real - they're trashing her and slicing the edit to make her look worse because they are the ones backed into a corner. I'm glad Rozlyn did what she did, it was way more fun to watch, even if you can totally tell there's been an edit job on the snippets they showed.
Rozlyn got another 15 mins. of fame undeserved. She impressed no one and her sarcasm made her look all the uglier.
ash- Chris Harrison didn't handle anything "perfectly" imo. He stooped to her level with the low blows about Unicorns & asking if the other girls have been visited by any of the producers. He acted like the douche he is.
I completely agree with Michelle! This show has gotten so desperate for ratings, they are now throwing girls under the bus! Sure, Roz prob. had a friendly relationship with this staffer, but nothing prob. ever happened. The rest of the girls are being fed by producers on what to say. It happened on the show and it happened on the WTA special. Look how Harrison cannot even say more than "innapropriate relationship." He never specified what it was and even swayed the question away from him for the women to answer, then just repeated it back to Rozlynn. The fact is he cannot speculate anything b/c of potential lawsuits. Rozlynn said it perfectly that out of all the footage they have, there is none of the scandal. The damn show has gotten so over the top anyway. I mean, c'mon, the call from Ali was completely set up for drama...just saying
Rozlyn didn't do it, that show was cut together to make it out to be way worse then it is. why she ever agreed to go on there and think they'd give her a fair shot to speak out I don't know. the way he made it look like she "met the parents" was so ridiculous and made them look stupid.
Chris is a douch and I pig! I confident he tried to flirt with the producers wife and probably would try something with Roz to if he had the chance. He looks like a scum bag and acts like one too. He and Jake should end up together.

It was so obviously an attempt to change the subject. I don't believe a word of it, and some of the answers above just show how jaded people can get over these shows.
I believe the show to be "for entertainment" and for ratings, but I don't think it's completely fabricated. They added drama such as Ali's meltdown to get more viewers hooked, and it worked or no one would be blogging at all here. I don't believe Ali was in real life as needy and drama-queen-ish as they made her look like. She did not really seem embarrassed watching the rerun of her pathetic crying fit with Jake. Who would believe that a job would fire someone when they are starring on a reality show for a tempory period of time? And what was Ali's job anyway? Job must have been really important to her that she put it on hold. Whole thing is a scam, but nonetheless it's entertainment, guys, and some of the ones we are rooting for might be the worst ones, while Vienna and others we criticize might be simply playing a role for the series. If Vienna is really hated that much, Jake would never have liked her this much. I just don't believe any of it is plausible, but watch it anyway.
Chris Harrison is a piece of white trash. Go to realitysteve.com and hear the 2-hour, raw, unedited interview Rozlyn did. Judge for yourselves if she's telling the truth. I think she is. Chris, go to hell.
If I were Chris's wife, I would be worried. The way he looked so caught off-guard says a lot about whether the accusation was true. Hey Chris, this is rule number one: if someone confronts you about cheating, you don't immediately change the subject. Douche.
After watching the Women's Tell All, I will never watch this show again. It was a sad, desperate attempt to get ratings. I have no respect for any of the women. They behaved like vipers to Rozlyn. And Chris, dude, it was so obvious you were hiding something. If you had an affair, don't deny it. Go get some counseling or help.
