'The Bachelor' wowed audiences tonight and caused many people to cry along with Jake when the scandal was finally revealed. Ali decided to go home due to a new job that she had gotten.  Boo to you Facebook- you stood in the way of true love.(I am guessing  realitysteve has her employers name correct as he predicted that Ali was going home tonight).

Does Ali return back to the show?

It seems to me as if Jake was testing Ali to see if she would put love in front of her career without him really having to say anything to her. I thought that he and Ali had the best connection but it seems like Jake wants his cake and to eat it too. This is 'The Bachelor' Jake not 'Big Love'.

'The Bachelor' Hometown Dates

Gia's Date- Jake went to New York to visit Gia. They went on a boat ride with and she finally let him know about her past relationships, and how bad they were. Gia's mon is her best friend and wanted to make sure that Jake would have her back. When Jake talks one-on-one with Gia's mom he tells her that Gia is amazing and he had chemistry with her right away. Gia's stepbrother did not seem like he was impressed with Jake at all. Gia's mom was hoping that Jake would be Gia's future husband. Gia's mom said she saw the love in Jake's eyes for her and that she thinks Jake is in love with her. I think Gia's mom is a little delusional and was not helping her daughter by virtually assuring her that she was the one Jake would pick. Gia's brother then told Jake if you hurt Gia I will hunt you down and break a few legs.

Ali's Date- Jake went to visit Ali in Mass and got to meet her family. He grabbed her up, hugged and kissed when they saw each other again. Jake started off the date that Ali was slightly ahead because he also got to see her in SF, where she currently lives. Jake told Ali how much he missed her and kept kissing her, he is obviously into her more than he was Gia. Ali then took Jake to her grandmothers house and told Jake all about her- it was a very sweet touching moment. They then went to meet Ali's mom, sister and brother. Ali's mom seemed to really like Jake and Jake seemed to be very emotional about Ali and he asked her if she would be ok if he asked Ali to marry him. He also never asked Gia's mom that question! Ali's mom is like Gias though in that she thinks Ali will be the final girl standing. Ali told Jake- if you ask me to marry you right now I will say yes.

Tenley's Date- Jake goes to visit Tenley in Oregon and her parents seem hardcore. He didn't seem as enamoured with Tenley as he did with Ali. Jake admits to Tenley that he runs everything past his parents before he does anything. Tenley took Jake to the dance studio she used to work at- and so she performed a dance for him.  Jake says he was melting in the chair as he was watching her dance; he didn't look like he was to me. They then danced together and he talked about their connection again; however they didn't seem to have the same connection he had with Ali. Then Tenley took Jake to meet her parents, and her mom looked awesome for her age.  hen Tenleys dad took Jake to the side to talk to him and started crying when he was talking to Tenley about him. Then Tenleys mom ruined it all by saying that Tenley will have emotional issues for a while over her ex husband. However, Jake still asked Tenleys dad if he could marry Tenly. So he asked Ali and Tenleys parents but not Gia's! eek. (Side note: Is it just me or is Tenley's voice slightly annoying?)

Vienna's Date- Jake went to meet Vienna in Sanford, Florida. Jake said he had been excited to see Vienna all week. They go down the river on a boatride to see Gators, Turtles and Manatees. Vienna spoke kindly of her ex-husband- guess she didn't know he was still bitter. Vienna and her dad are really really close and Jake is a bit scared to meet him. Vienna and her dad just start hugging and crying, which was a bit weird as it was right at the beginning of the date. I know she is a daddys girl but that was a bit weird. Jake and Vienna's family spoke about how honest she is- which to be honest is a good trait. Jake once again talks about how he is falling for someone else. Is Jake in love with all 4 girls?

After the Dates - The Bachelor Bombshell Shocker

Ali goes to Jakes hotel room and tells Jake that she has to choose between staying on 'The Bachelor' or going back to her job. She pretty much wants Jake to let her know what she should do. The way I see it is that if he really wanted her to stay he should have said that. Did Jake not want to tell Ali to stay because he was testing her to see if she really wanted him; and would put love before her career?

Ali then broke down crying after she left his hotel room; she obviously wanted him to tell her "please, please don't go Ali, I love you, I want you to stay". But he didn't do that right away.

  Ali then asks Chris Harrison if she can speak to Jake.  Jake then tells her "Ali, I don't want you to go. I am falling in love with you." But that wasn't enough for Ali. She decides to trust in her career more than love and chooses to go home. And Jake is so distraught that he cancels the rose ceremony.

Do you think that Ali made the right decision to leave the show and her possible chance at marrying Jake?
