"The Bachelor" 2013 spoilers for the finale episode of Sean Lowe choosing his fiancee Monday night has been leaked on multiple levels. Details surrounding the last two dates he has with Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter have been spilled -- in addition to the letter Sean gets at the end. Learn who actually wrote the letter by reading this article.
Sean opened up to Us Weekly in an exclusive that was published March 8 and explained how he felt taping "The Bachelor" 2013. He even admits at one point in the show he "lost it" emotionally after holding it together throughout the entire season.
"I made it out on the other end alive," Sean said. "And not only that, you'll see on Monday, I'm left with two of the most phenomenal women in the world. And I really did develop strong feelings for both of them."
The choice he makes between Catherine and Lindsay will put him in a hard position.
"You're going to see me, basically, have a mental breakdown," Sean admitted. "I get to a point where I'm like, man, both of these girls are so wonderful and I could see my life heading in either direction. And I don't know what to do, and I'm torn."
Sean is a tender and compassionate man, but he also takes pride in possessing a strong trait traditionally seen in men.
"I was always proud of the fact that through [Emily Maynard's season of] 'The Bachelorette' and every episode except for the last of 'The Bachelor,' I never cried once. I had my man-card in tact, and then the emotion just pours out of me that last day," he said. "I lose it all."
What triggers Sean Lowe's breakdown on the show? Was it the letter he reads or simply having to say goodbye to one of the women before he proposes to the other?
"The Bachelor" 2013 finale airs Monday night on ABC at 8 p.m., ET/PT. Viewers in Portland, Ore. can tune into KATU channel 2.
