“The Bachelor” 2011: last nights episode was all about Brad Womack and the hands. He grabbed those hands and kissed them and then before you knew it, “The Bachelor” women were following suit. No more lip locks, Brad Womack is making love to “the hand.”
“The Bachelor” hand kissing appeared awkward and so out of place. Brad Womack looked as if he almost swallowed a finger there during one hand kissing embrace! Hasn't Brad heard about the warning of hand washing to keep away illness?
When one thinks of hand kissing, maybe a foreign count comes to mind, who takes a hand for a light kiss during an introduction. Brad Womack’s style is nothing like this. It can best be described as slobbering!
The best part was when the women, in particular Michele, wanted to return Brad’s affection and grabbed his hand to top off this “hand kissing festival.”
What might be at the bottom of all this hand slobbering? It may just be that Brad Womack has had enough of the surprise lip locks he has been receiving from the ladies of “The Bachelor,” and asked they not do this? It may even be a new rule on “The Bachelor” that Brad needs to initiate the lip kissing?
When Brad Womack grabbed Michele’s little clenched hand last night and started making out with her tiny fingers, you could see the desperation in her face as she tried to figure out away to return this odd deed of affection. She grabbed his hand and did what Brad was doing. Now the two of them are sitting and kissing each others hand! It was Brad that finally initiated a kiss on the mouth, but it was still awkward and uncomfortable looking.
According to the CDC (Center for Disease Control) illnesses are spread by fluids such as salvia on hands. Washing your hands frequently is the number one safe guard against flu, colds, and other contagious illnesses.
Last nights “Bachelor” episode looked like an infomercial of what you should not do for spreading germs!
Connecticut fans of "The Bachelor" can catch Brad and the women on Connecticut Channel 8 New Haven. The reality show is on Monday night at 8pm EST.
