The award-winning Wonder Mobile visits Griffith Park on Saturday

The Children's Nature Institute (CNI) will continue its celebration of Urban Nature Week in Griffith Park tomorrow with its award-winning traveling classroom, The Wonder Mobile.

The Wonder Mobile visits schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District throughout the year, teaching children basic scientific concepts such as camouflage, ecosystems and habitats through the use of live animals, their enclosures and natural artifacts.

On Saturday, October 22nd at 11:00am, The Wonder Mobile will visit Griffith Park where environmental educator Kate Heller will lead an exploration of some of CNI's creepy crawliest critters and what makes them (not so) spooky.
