'The Avengers' Super Bowl commercial: The world has changed

During today's Super Bowl, Marvel unveiled a brand new, full-length trailer for The Avengers. The commercial included never-before-seen footage from the upcoming superhero epic.

Feast your eyes on Super Bowl Sunday's new trailer for The Avengers.

Close examination of the trailer (we've watched it at least fifteen times since it aired just before halftime) shows that the trailer is our closest look yet at the villains for The Avengers. Besides the mischievous Loki, we can see what looks like alien invaders flying through the air to attack our intrepid heroes.

Predictably, the trailer revealed still more car explosions as well as our heroes standing around looking heroic.
