'The Avengers' re-assembles at this year's Oscars

The Avengers has been assembled once more, as producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron has announced that several of "Earth's Mightiest Heroes" will be presenters at the 2013 Academy Awards.

Attending it are fellow Oscar nominees Robert Downey, Jr. (Tony Stark/Iron Man), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Jeremy Renner (Clint Barton/Hawkeye) and Mark Ruffalo (Bruce Banner/the Hulk), and Chris Evans (Steve Rogers/Captain America).

The #1 movie of 2012, Marvel's The Avengers broke box office records and grossed over a billion dollars worldwide -- becoming the highest-grossing live-action superhero movie of all time, with a sequel already in the works for a summer 2015 release.

Since 1963, The Avengers have come together as a formidable team to fight the foes -- and the battles -- that no one else ever could.

The 2013 Academy Awards airs Sunday, February 24 at ABC.
