The Art League Student and Faculty Exhibit and award reception - March 2, 2-4pm

Since 1954, the Art League School of Old Town Alexandria, VA has served thousands of students and faculty in a variety of art disciplines. Every year about 7,000 students partake in art classes offered at the school. And every year the faculty and the students showcase their year's artistic achievement at the Art League’s annual Student/Faculty exhibit.

The exhibit is a showcase of diversity and talent featuring works by our accomplished and acclaimed faculty of artists. The highlight of the event is on March 2, 2-4 pm.

With hundreds of paintings, drawings, stained glass works, jewelry, ceramics, pottery, fiber pieces, mosaics, and sculptures created by student body over the past year and submitted for the showcase, the juror Patrick Craig selected 15 students to recognize with Equal Merit Award and 3 with special Award.
