The American Craft Council's Debut Show in the Twin Cities

Help celebrate its move from New York City to the Twin Cities by attending the American Craft Council Show this weekend (April 16-18, 2010). The ACC will be showcasing 240 artists and expects to drawn a crowd of approximately 10,000. All of whom have an interest in DiY and the arts.

Broken up into manageable sections, the artisans will be part of specific groups:
Handmade Under $100 -- Handmade items at affordable prices
Lawn & Garden -- A perfect way to get ready for spring
Green Craft -- Artists with a focus on encorporating environmental friendly supplies into their work
Craft 4 Kids -- items made specifically for children

The show also includes discounted admission on Friday after 5pm, raffles and prizes held throughout the weekend, and over 25 local artists. Definitely head over to the RiverCentre in St. Paul this weekend to check out the show full of jewelry, clothing, furniture, home decor, and much more... all handmade!
