The Adrienne Arsht Center celebrates Obama's second inauguraton

If you can't make it to Washington to attend the inauguration, don't worry. You can still head out to the Adrienne Arsht Center to see the inauguration simultcast live. The event will be held at the Ziff Ballet Opera House and will feature the presentation of the colors by the Homestead Senior High School JROTC Colorguard and a performance by the New World School of the Arts Concert Choir featuring Sparkle singing challenge winner, Bianca Sirgany-Castro.

The event is free and seating is based on a first come, first seated basis. Parking is $5 for all guests. The event begins at 11 a.m.

Guest are encouraged to bring school supplies, toiletries, new socks and under clothes. All donations will be given to the Chapman Partnership to benefit the homeless in downtown Miami.

So pack your kiddies up and dress them in their finest attire to enjoy this historic event. It's sure to be one that they will be telling their grandchildren about one day.
