The 80/35 Meet 'n Greet schedule is finalized

Thursday, the organizers of the 2014 80/35 Music Festival, along with representatives from Iowa Public Radio finalized and announced the schedule for the Iowa Public Radio Meet 'n Greet Tent for this year's event. The tent, which will be located on 12th Street just south of Locust Street in Des Moines, will be where you can meet many of the 80/35 performers, watch them play impromptu sets, see them do radio interviews, and get their autographs.

The 2014 80/35 Music Festival will take place in the Western Gateway Park in Des Moines from noon to around midnight on July 4 and 5. This year's festival will feature performances from more than forty national, regional, and local bands, spread out over one ticketed main stage and two free stages. The festival will also feature food and beverage vendors, merch vendors, late night DJ sets, a Music University panel with Minnesota folk singer Caroline Smith, a kid's area, a mist tent, the Trondoll Painted Bodies, and more. Tickets for the festival are still available at the gate for $45 for a one-day pass and $80 for a two-day pass.

Here is the schedule for the Iowa Public Radio Meet 'n Greet Tent. Those artists marked with asterisks (*) will be doing a live, impromptu performance and/or interview with Iowa Public Radio during their time slot. Meet and greets generally last approximately 30 minutes.
