The 5th Annual First Bite Boulder: a dining extravaganza for only $26

Tomorrow, possibly the best week for dining in Boulder starts as restaurants open their doors to patrons for the 5th Annual First Bite Boulder, a weeklong culinary adventure of 3-course prix-fixe dinners for only $26 per person. First Bite Boulder features some of Boulder’s most premium restaurants: among the variety of delicious choices are Aji, the Boulder ChopHouse & Tavern, the Greenbriar Inn & The Kitchen, as well as a few of this Examiner’s personal faves: Brasserie Ten Ten and Salt are both participating, I was particularly happy to see. Try out your favorite places and their chef’s favorite dishes at an amazing bargain of $26 each. Check out Boulder’s higher-end cuisine at pricing you never thought was possible—CU students, are you listening?—and enjoy dining experiences in Boulder like you’ve never had before.

First Bite Boulder’s handy listing of restaurants on their website gives each restaurant’s website, First Bite menu link (some are in PDF format only), location, phone number for making reservations, as well as links to for restaurants that accept OpenTable reservations. So rev up your tastebuds and try to get in as many reservations as you can...First Bite Boulder only happens once a year!
