The 4th Annual 'Feast with the Beasts' at the Houston Zoo

Looking for some good, old Fall-fashioned dating activities to kick off this cool weather? Then check out ‘Feast with the Beasts’ this weekend. On Friday, take a journey into the wild at the Houston Zoo’s fourth annual food and drink celebration. From 7 pm to 11 pm, experience a cornucopia of tasty treats, hors d’ oeuvres and the best dishes provided by 50 of Houston’s hottest restaurants.

If eating amid 4,500 animals isn’t enough to entice you, live music presented by the Big Bad Voodoo Daddy band should!

This year, the Houston Zoo is introducing the Community Coffee Dessert Corner which is guaranteed to satiate your sweet tooth – and warm you up on this cool November night!

Tickets cost $85 for regular admission and $125 for VIP admission. Unfortunately, VIP tickets are already sold out, but regular admission tickets are still available online. Keep in mind that fair market value of benefits received is $50 per ticket. Support for this charitable event will benefit the Houston Zoo’s conservation, education and animal care programs.

Some of this year’s participating restaurants include:

America’s
Crappito’s Cucina Italiana
Cyclone Anaya’s Mexican Kitchen
Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse
Gravitas
Jamba Juice
Little Big’s
Maggiano’s Little Italy
Niko Niko’s Catering
Ruggles Green

and many, many more!

Arrive at least half an hour early in order to bypass the huge crowds.

I hope to see you there! Come find me in the VIP section…
