According to reports, Elin is asking for full custody of their their 2 children, a daughter , Sam and a son, Charlie. She is also said to be asking for a divorce settlement of $750 million dollars, which would exceed Tiger’s estimated net worth of approximately $600 million, as estimated by Forbes magazine last year.

Some reports say that realistically, Elin could end up with as much as $300 million -- half of Tiger Woods’ estimated net worth.

Several months ago, prior to Tiger’s and Elin’s brief attempt at reconciliation, Elin had retained California divorce attorney, Sorrell Trope. Elin is now represented by Walter H. White, Jr., a London-based attorney at McGuire Woods, the same firm where Elin’s twin sister, Josefin Lonnborg, (also an attorney) is employed.
