Thaw out with these February shows

February is here and in the frozen tundra it means cold, cold, and cold. Luckily, a few major artists will be performing in warm venues to melt your soul and ear drums.

Soundgarden will kick off the month with a stop at The Rave on February 1st at 8pm. The group, who's new album was released in November, has been on a whirlwind touring schedule since their reuniting over two years ago. Catch this rare Milwaukee appearance if you can.

Brit rockers The Vaccines will come to Turner Hall, February 8th. The group, known for their gritty guitars, catchy lyrics, and old school rock n roll style, will bring openers San Cisco. Doors open at 7pm.

Country crooner Gary Allan, who is riding high off his #1 iTunes song, "Every Storm", will come to The Rave, February 15th. The song, which has over 700,000 downloads, is on track to become his fifth #1 hit. Allan will be a headliner at this year's Wisconsin State Fair so get a ticket now and see this country star in an intimate setting.

REO Speedwagon will perform after the Milwaukee Admirals game on February 16th at the Bradley Center. Admission to the concert is included in your hockey game ticket and the puck drops at 7:30pm.
