That's What I Think 12-01-2013

Greetings again my friends from my exhausted because I haven't figured how to not get so emotional during football games corner of the world. You would think after all these years I would learn not to get so "invested" in sports but to no avail. Oh and did I mention its less than 4 months away from MLB opening day? Anyway, a plethora of things to share with you so lets get it on!!

You know one of the great things this time of year is when folks get into the spirit of the season. Another example of that is the 3rd Annual Not So Silent Night Adopt A Family Benefit at Mulligans Saturday November 14. Big Worm and The Nightcrawlers, Crashed, Sunset Junkies and the Dave Liles Band will be rocking downtown Lima all for a good cause. Make plans to head up for a bit, won't you.

Coming up the night before at Harry's Hideaway, Friday The 13th, Blackbird Promotions presents "Twisted Toyland" to raise $$$ to ensure the young people at Safe Harbor will be able to celebrate Christmas. "BIOGENESIS" will be headlining that show with a huge opening act lineup. There are VIP packages available, there will be snacks to enjoy and a few other surprises for the night. Oh and GROAMY will be spinning the tunes in the "other" half of Harry's.
These are just two events being held in the area embracing that holiday spirit!!!

Frankie and the rest of the crew at The Firehouse Bar & Grill is bringing you something different this Saturday Dec 7 at the N Main Street landmark. STEDIC & THE GROOVE will be hitting the stage bringing a really cool fun vibe to the stage. And make sure you put this on your calendar. Coming up Saturday Dec 14th "PSYCHODYNAMICS" will be rocking the bricks off. "PSYCHODYNAMICS" are led by local teacher, shredder, writer of music columns and of course part of the "Legendary" SUPERCHARGER ECSTASY...NJ George. How much is this going to rock, right. Be There Or Be Square!!
AND don't forget Happy Hour Monday-Friday 5-7!!

I know I have said this before and will most likely say it again bears repeating. If you have an event, a show, a gig, maybe just something going on that you want a little help to inform the masses, please by all means let me know. My email is always at the bottom and you can follow me on Twitter. Send me as much info as you can with as much notice as you can(preferably 7-10 at least) and I will pass the word. REALLY....I'M SERIOUS! Its really that easy. Take advantage of me( why not right).

OK kids, I need a nap so that's about it for this time around. This is going to be a great month for local events. Remember, we can all support the local scene, just go to something somewhere. At least that's what I think.

As always
If ya dig it do it
If ya really dig it
Do it twice
