Greetings again my friends from my finally glad fall weather is here because nothing sucks more than living through 100 degree heat index in an apartment who's windows don't open and central air conditioning quits working, corner of the world. Yet another reason to make a residence shift.

I was driving down N Main Street the other day and the smells coming from Franko's kitchen at the Firehouse Bar & Grill made my mouth water as I was driving 25 mph. So I did a little research at found out their lunch
specials are only $6.95, they are open everyday at 10 am AND they have a Texas Size Breakfast for only $4 that will fill up any Texan, or Ohioan for that matter. You owe it to your wallet AND your belly to head on down N Main and sample some of the great good coming of the kitchen.
As we eluded to last week, there is a change a comin and,it starts today. For the past several years,I have sorta lost track but I'm pretty sure at least 7, The Entertainer has been edited and published by Mike and Carrie Goff. When they took over,oh so many years ago, I was thrilled they chose fit to keep me on board to, as I quote someone we all know, do what I do. For that I am grateful. I look forward to sitting down week and sharing with you what I know, what I've heard, a, few rumors here and there, an opinion just for good measure and, hopefully lay some knowledge on you as well. And Mike and Carrie have giving me the freedom to do all that, for over 360 plus times and, for that I say thank you. But as they say, things change.
Effective with this issue, YOUR ENTERTAINER has a new owner, new publisher and editor. Jason Gilbert is the new man at the helm, you may, know him from GILBERT'S Music, Future Ruin and, many more things. Jason is huge supporter of the, local scene and I'm really excited to see what he has in store. I am very pleased and, honored to announce that yours truly is going nowhere, I will still be here every week, most likely the same little corner, doing what we have been doing for these, many issues and looking forward to another 300 plus literary offerings.
As a,supporter of the local scene, THANK YOU to Mike & Carrie for all you have done to help support the local scene. On a, personal note, thank you Mike and Carrie for the platform you have given me to "do what I, do". The freedom you gave me and the trust you instilled in me was something I took very seriously and I hope over the past almost 400 issues I never let you down or, left you disappointed. Good luck in your next venture.
So as they say, ALL ABOARD..... this should be a fun ride.
That's it for now. Remember we can all support the local scene, just go to something somewhere. At least that's what I think.
If ya dig it do it
If ya really dig it
