Greetings again my friends from my "Doing the Happy Dance cause Spring is here" little corner of the world. By the time you read this Spring 2013 will finally be upon us and now if we could get some spring type temperatures on a consistent basis then we'll have the total experience. I trust we all "behaved ourselves" this past St Patty's Day weekend? Somehow not sure how many yes answers I would get to that question, so let's all "pretend" we were all home early watching the Red Green Show on PBS. The plate is full this week so belly up, here we go.
I have got to tell you about the fine folks in Roundhead at The Longhorn Bar & Grill. If you like to eat, and come on who doesn't check this out. They have Broasted Chicken, Pizza, Wings( which are .45 5-9 on Monday), a great A.U.C.E fish special for only $5.99 on Friday from 12-9 AND Steak for $10.99 also 12-9!!!! WOW! WOW! Hungry yet? As promised here is your weekly update about one huge party planned for April 20th. Its The Rockin 4 Ronnie Daley Benefit being held at Louie's Nite Club on N Main Street. Its to help out with Ronnie's medical expenses as a result of some very serious medical issues that forced his retirement. I can now tell you tickets are for sale @ various locations as well as Louie's Nite Club for an amazing chicken dinner cooked to perfection to be served the day of the benefit by "Tiny"Custer.Tickets are only $8..get yours today. I also have a partial line-up for the entertainment for the day. ACEDOWN will be host band, with Dave Liles Band, Purple Overcoat and the lovely and talented SPAZ will be on stage. And LimaLand Comedy will be performing. This is just a partial list. The complete list will follow as we get closer and each week I will add more great stuff to the list for this great event.
