"Thanksgiving Live!," hosted by some of Food Network's biggest stars, will air on Sat., Nov. 23, 2013, according to a Nov. 5 press announcement emailed by Food Network. The informative show tackling the biggest food holiday of the year will be co-hosted by Alton Brown, Giada DeLaurentiis, Bobby Flay and, in her first Thanksgiving Live! appearance, Ina Garten.
This in the third edition of "Thanksgiving Live!," which is becoming an annual event on Food Network. Home cooks will be able to ask the Food Network All-Stars questions via social media, helping to drive the direction of the show.
The two-hour show will air on Sat., Nov. 23 from 12 - 2 p.m. ET/PT (west coast will be taped). Viewers will help run the action via social media and Skype calls, making this fully interactive event a one-stop destination for the best in expert food advice this holiday season.
From turkey tips to decadent dessert suggestions and everything in between, Alton, Giada, Bobby and Ina will answer questions and offer real-time advice for every home cook planning a Thanksgiving feast. The experts will dole out their own helpful hints, time-saving strategies and holiday entertaining expertise. Each of the celebrity chefs will present their own unique take on a Thanksgiving Turkey.
"Thanksgiving Live" will also reveal Food Network's Top 20 Thanksgiving Tips from over the past 20 years, in a nod to the network's birthday.
Bob Tuschman, General Manager and Senior Vice President, Food Network enthused about the program, which has become an annual tradition to launch the holidays.

During the live show, viewers can submit questions via Facebook/FoodNetwork, Twitter @FoodNetwork (hashtag #ThanksgivingLive) and Skype. After the show, additional Food Network talent (to be announced) will be available via Google+ Hangout for even more interactive Thanksgiving content.
