Adam (Mark Ruffalo), Mike (Tim Robbins), and Neil (Josh Gad) have very little in common, except for one thing: they are all facing different levels of sex addiction. Adam has a successful career and is afraid to try to find love again – even if that means he loses another chance with the smart and beautiful Phoebe (Gwyneth Paltrow). Mike is struggling to maintain control of his wife, Katie (Joely Richardson) and son, Danny (Patrick Fugit), while fighting his own impulses, and it’s tearing his family apart. Neil is in denial after being befriended by Dede (Alicia Moore), who has been begun a recovery process for herself. As the three men try to fix their lives, they become a family that encourages, applauds, and infuriates each other on their path toward new beginnings.
The Pageant Theatre is located at 351 East 6th Street in Chico.
