Seriously, who needs to go to the theater when you can see Thandie Newton in something new from the comfort of your home? "Rouge" is DirectTV's first original series and revolves around Grace (Newton), a slightly shady undercover detective tormented by the mysterious death of her son. In her search for answers Grace finds herself rubbing elbows with a notorious crime family. "Rouge" will be in your living room on April 3.
Netflix was first to the game, launching "House of Cards" in February. Kevin Spacey takes the lead in the update of the 1990's BBC drama. The series opens with Congressman Frank Underwood plotting his revenge after learning he would not be appointed Secretary of State. A second season of the show is reportedly in production now.
