Chicago restaurant, Next, is unique not only in its changing menu but in its changing ambience. Chef and owner, Grant Achatz, created something very special in his restaurant. The Independent, a food and drink publication, describes Next as "a concept restaurant that recreates a time and place in history for three months and then tears it down to make way for the next one."
The last creation at Next was the smells and tastes of Paris in the year of 1906. The new creation will transform the menu and ambience of the restaurant to feature Thailand.
The new menu boasts 14 courses ranging from braised beef chuck to caramel sticky rice with sesame seed. Practice photos of the new dishes can be seen on the chefs twitter page but seats are limited by ticket purchase only.
Subscribe to their twitter page for updated seat openings or check out the restaurant link for ticket purchases.
