Jeff Cope has selected three value wines readily available in local grocery stores:
- Llano Estacado 2010 Sauvignon Blanc, a dry white wine selling for around $9. Llano Estacado Winery is out in Lubbock.
- Becker Vineyards 2010 Cabernet-Syrah, a dry red wine selling for around $12. Becker Vineyards is outside of Stonewall, between Fredericksburg and Johnson City in Central Texas.
- Sister Creek 2010 Muscat Canelli, a semi-sweet aromatic white selling for around $13. Sister Creek Vineyards is in Sisterdale in the Texas Hill Country.
