A Montgomery, TX, witness reports a silent, triangle UFO "the size of a Wal-Mart store" passed overhead at 2,000 feet on April 11, 2011, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
The witness had just driven his mother home and was standing outside as the object moved east to west and moved over a Wal-Mart store.
"Very faint white lights ran the length of the leading edge with brighter tip lights," the witness stated. "This was a huge object, appearing to be black in color and moving silently. I was appox.3,000 feet or less from it and maybe 2,000 feet above me. It moved out of my line of sight in 30 seconds or so."
No images or videos were included with the report, which was filed on April 11, 2011. No town name was mentioned in the public portion of the report.
Texas is a current UFO ALERT 3 rating, with a high number of UFO sightings nationally. Texas had 39 UFO reports in March 2011 - the second highest reporting state - while California had 45 sightings, the highest reporting state in the nation.

I had just returned my mother to her home near Montgomery Texas . While waiting on my mother to locate her house keys, I looked up at the sky and saw a triangular object the size of a WAL MART store pass above.
Moving from east to west, it make a very slight coarse correction directly over Wal Mart. Very faint white lights ran the length of the leading edge with brighter tip lights. This was a huge object, appearing to be black in color & moving silently. I was appox.3,000 ft or less from it and maybe 2,000 above me.
It moved out of my line of sight in 30 seconds or so.
