Texas Man allegedly kills two neighbors over dog feces

After an argument over dog feces on Monday, a Dallas couple was shot dead, according to police.

Chung Kim, 75, allegedly shot his neighbors Jamie Stafford and Michelle Jackson over an argument about “the couple dumping their dog's feces onto Kim's patio.”

Based on the testimonies from neighbors, Kim and the couple were at war for one year. They explained that “the fights revolved around noise and the pit bull's bathroom habits.” Kim complained to management about these issues, but things did not change.

On Monday, Kim allegedly shot Jackson from his patio. Then he traveled upstairs to the couple’s apartment and murdered Stafford. He was attempting to escape “over the balcony.”

According the Star-Telegram, “Stafford dropped to the ground, but Kim stood over him and shot again, killing him, police said in the affidavit.”

This couple died at the scene of the crime, leaving behind their five children.

“Kim, who was taken into custody by police after he tried to flee the scene, is facing charges of capital murder, the Morning News reports. In Texas, capital murder typically carries a sentence of life in prison without parole, or the death penalty.”
