The Texans could begin their new era with a new coach to be named by sometime this coming week, according to Texans owner Bob McNair.

Trailing the Titans 16-10 in the fourth quarter, the Texans had an opportunity to win the game, but Matt Schaub over threw a pass that was intercepted by Michael Griffin.
The Texans season couldn't end sooner for most of the players and coaches on staff.
