18-year-old 800 meter world champion Caster Semenya carries both male and femal organs, according to Sky News, who reported the breaking news Thursday.

Semenya had to undergo a gender test at the at the Track and Field World Championships in Berlin after overwhelming doubts were raised of whether or not the female athlete might be a man.

It is a possibility that Semenya could lose her 800m title. However, if it is proven that she has developed the unusual amount of testosterone naturally, she has the right to keep the title.
