Update: This puppy was rescued!

A terrified puppy, who is housed at the Pinal County Animal Care and Control facility in Casa Grande, Ariz., appears to realize the gravity of her situation.

The nine-month-old pup, name unknown, is plastered to the floor in terror...tail firmly tucked, face pressed against the wall and fear in her young eyes.

The scared puppy is on the list of dogs who are risk of being destroyed at the facility - an unfair fate which is completely beyond her control.

Please take a moment to network on this petrified puppy's behalf, before she becomes another sad statistic whose last moments were spent alone and in fear.
