Terrified German Shepherd needs rescue from Baldwin Park Shelter (Video)

A three year old female German Shepherd is in urgent need of rescue from the Baldwin Park Shelter in Southern California. The dog is cowering and looks visibly shaken in a photo taken at Baldwin. Conditions in the shelter are stressful enough for animals with sturdier temperaments but for this fearful Shepherd, only makes her terror worse. She has been in Baldwin since March 4, 2013 and time is running out. To pull this dog, here are the details:
