As reported on Monday by Yahoo, Pryor told CSNBayArea.com that his team will be back. Pryor stated, “We have to come together and start creating,” and continue with, “We‘ll be back; 2-4; we'll get to the playoffs.”
On Sunday, Terrelle Pryor, probably, had the worst game so far this season. Against the Kansas City Chiefs, Pryor was picked three times and sacked 10 times.
Pryor did have 216 yards in passing with a touchdown; however, his performance did not stay consistent and was shut down after the first quarter.
Against the Chiefs, Pryor’s offensive line had too many penalties and did not provide good coverage. Also, Pryor was holding on to the ball way too long, trying to be a hero at every play, thus causing way too many sacks.
At one point, the Oakland Raiders had a 3rd and 48 to go. Forty-eight yards to get a first down, wow!
The only good note about Sunday’s game is that the Raiders held the Chiefs to a 7-7 game at the half. Things looked good until the offense made too many mistakes and were shut down.
It is good to see that a quarterback is confident and will try to lead his team to the playoff; after all, that is what quarterbacks are supposed to do, right?
With this positive attitude, Terrelle Pryor and the Oakland Raiders will hopefully come back, after the break or bye week, to get some wins! Just win baby!
