Guests can take a Tour of Italy this March as Terlato Family Vineyards hosts an exclusive wine dinner at Il Poggiolo. Patrons can enjoy 6-courses, which will be expertly paired with an array of Terlato wines. Menu highlights include: Red wine braised Osso Bucco and pan seared Diver Scallops. Featured wines include: 2005 Terlato Dry Creek Syrah, 2009 Two Hands Moscato and 2007 Terlato Pinot Grigio (full menu and pairings below).

Thick hand-rolled noodle in a rich white meat ragu (Pheasant, squab, turkey and duck) with white wine, herbs, capers and anchovies.
2007 Terlato Chardonnay
Pan roasted Orata with sage and lard on a bed of Potato Tortino and Modena 20-year old Balsamic.
2005 Terlato Dry Creek Syrah
Red wine braised Osso Bucco with Saffron Risotto and Gremolata garnish.
2006 Chimney Rock Cabernet Sauvignon
Fontina Aosta, Pecorino Gran Cru and Gorgonzola Dolce, Quince paste, truffle honey and Marmelata.
