Teri Hatcher was spotted taking her adorable daughter, Emerson Rose, out to STK NY for dinner tonight. Last Monday the Desperate Housewives star was spotted heading in the STK location in West Hollywood.
It's obviously that Hatcher has developed a taste for STK's waistline conscious menu designed by Executive Chef Todd Mark Miller.
Although Chef Miller's menu is offers healthier fare than one might expect at a traditional steakhouse the food is not devoid of taste or inspiration. Some of the dishes featured are creative salads such as a crab, melon and avocado mache, a black truffle beef tartar, as well as imaginative seafood standouts and the mouthwatering parmesan truffle fries.
Of course, at STK, steak is the main attraction, featuring petite, medium and oversize cuts of naturally raised meat that will satiate any appetite.
It's obviously that the diversity of plates that attracts the celebrities, as well as the young, sexy Meatpacking atmosphere.
STK also houses the hot-spot TenJune and the location surely doesn't hurt the chances of having an A-lister seated for dinner, not that the restaurant isn't a draw in itself!
Clientele like Beyonce, Cameron Diaz, Paris Hilton, Julianne Moore, Lauren Conrad, amongst others have visited the venue. Not to mention trendy shows like Gossip Girl having filmed there.
Chef Miller was made his mark as executive chef at two of Steven Starr's most popular and acclaimed restaurants in Philadelphia - Washington Square Restaurant and Barclay Prime, a steak house located in the Barclay Residence on Rittenhouse Square. Miller is a self-taught chef specializing in global cuisine, and has worked with some of the world's most prestigious chefs throughout his career, including Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Nobu Matsuhisa and Julian Serrano. Miller has been featured in Bon Appetit, Gourmet, and is the recipient of Restaurant Hospitality's "2005 Rising Star" title.
