Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe just could end up in prison. They are facing fraud charges. Their court date should have already happened but it has been put off now until September. On Friday, Fox News shared that she is finally opening up and talking about the possibility that she could go to jail. Giudice opened up to ET about it all.

The two plead guilty to conspiracy, fraud and tax offenses. She could get a little over two years in jail. Joe might end up there for almost four and might even get sent back to Italy. The family from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" could end up totally split apart.

She said, "I don't think anyone is prepared for any of that. Right now, I'm just focusing on my family." She was being interviewed by Brooke on ET and told her, "I wake up every morning, Brooke, and I look at my four beautiful daughters. They're healthy; they're happy; that's what keeps me going." Her kids are her main focus now.

It is really sad that Teresa and Joe Giudice could end up in jail. They are fighting it for all they are worth and hoping that they don't end up in prison. They will actually be going to court and then the news will be revealed. Sources say that Joe might end up in jail and Teresa could get lucky and get out of it.

Don't miss "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" on Bravo. It will return soon and the entire court case is going to play out on the show. You do not want to miss this season of the series. They are adding three new people to the show this season so it will be a great one.
