"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice sent out a tweet on Jan. 22 updating her fans on the condition of her father, who has been hospitalized. Luckily for the beloved celebrity, everything seems to be improving.
"Shopping at Costco with my dad. He's feeling much better," Giudice tweeted. "Makes me so happy. Thank you for all of your prayers!"
This is wonderful news for Giudice, after her dad spent a few days in the hospital at the start of 2013 for undisclosed reasons. He has suffered from past health scares, but Giudice wants fans to know that he is getting better and the scare seems to be over with.
That has to be a relief for both Teresa and her brother Joe. Maybe this recent scare helped heal some of the wounds from the feud that exploded on the last season finale of "Real Housewives of New Jersey." Recent reports from Joe's wife Melissa Gorga indicates that all the housewives are civil with each other and this season is offering little in the way of the explosive drama that overflowed last season.
"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" is currently filming their fifth season, with Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Carolina Manzo, Jacqueline Laurita and Kathy Wakile all returning.
